Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 29, 2026

1. Authorization

By engaging Upgrdify for a security assessment, the client confirms they have the legal right to authorize testing on the specified scope. We only test assets for which signed Rules of Engagement (ROE) exist.

2. Professionalism & ROE

Upgrdify adheres strictly to the ROE. Any testing outside the established scope or after the engagement window is considered unauthorized and will be handled via legal channels.

3. Professional Liability

All assessments are performed on a best-effort, "point-in-time" basis. Our report reflects findings during the discovery window and is not a total guarantee of future security.
